easy access helpful staff tower view cold room coffee replenishment

the location provided easy access to many parts of the city i was thankful. the staff was helpful and efficient i found this valuable. the elevators were fast and readily available at all times. i also appreciated the tower view from my room it was beautiful.

the air conditioning was difficult to manage the room became too cold. i asked for assistance however the issue persisted throughout my stay. additionally coffee was not replenished in the room after the initial supply i had to request more from reception.

no privacy open plan bathroom

the location was good. it was super close to everything.

the bathroom was not good. the open plan design with frosted glass around the toilet and shower offered no privacy (i was traveling with a colleague!).

see-through curtain non-functional air conditioning

The bathroom had very little privacy. the shower had only a see-through curtain. also, the toilet door did not reach the roof. I found this uncomfortable. the room supposedly had air conditioning, but it did not work. it.
